Kidney

Kidney is a rich food product. Very little fat content, kidney is next taste to liver with a bit of crunch in it, and acts as a special addition to many Bantu dishes. Boiled with salt for a few minutes, or fried in light vegetable oil, kidney is a great meat for easy snack and can be leisurely eaten with a glass of beer.

Cow leg

Cow leg provides a kind of white meat, exceptionally delicious but unkonwn to most Western cooking. Cow leg should be properly boiled until tender. Under-boiled, this part of meat will produce a tough chewing challenge. Boiled too much, the softness removes the taste. So, boil but don't over do things.

Used in many dishes in Nigeria and most Bantu regions.

Whole Goat

Goat meat has a certain unique flavour which makes it the popular choice for Pepper Soup. Goat can be boiled or grilled. It features as a wonderful delicacy in many Bantu cooking. At Bantuway you can buy a whole goat, skinned ready for you.
